50% Deposit to be paid upon booking.
Remaining 50% to be paid fourteen (14) days prior to arrival date to hold booking.
Booking cancelled outside of 14 days prior to arrival date. Credit will be arranged for a forward booking.
Booking cancelled inside of 14 days prior to arrival date. No refund or credit will be offered.
In the event of premises unavailable for occupation due to unforseen circumstances eg: property damage/sale of property etc. A full refund will be offered with no obligation on the part of Seaside Semaphore Bed & Breakfast to offer alternative accommodation.
In the event of eviction due to disregard of any of our terms and conditions no refund will be offered.
