Terms and Conditions of temporary holiday accommodation
50% Deposit to be paid upon booking.
Remaining 50% to be paid fourteen (14) days prior to arrival date to hold booking.
Booking cancelled outside of 14 days prior to arrival date. Credit will be arranged for a forward booking.
Booking cancelled inside of 14 days prior to arrival date. No refund or credit will be offered.
In the event of premises unavailable for occupation due to unforeseen circumstances eg: property damage/sale of property etc. A full refund will be offered with no obligation on the part of the owners to offer alternative accommodation.
No smoking indoors.
No pets allowed.
Numbers not to exceed numbers booked and paid for.
The owners accept no resposibility for the tenant's personal property.
Commercial use of the house, parties or functions are not permitted
In the event of eviction due to disregard of any of our terms and conditions no refund will be offered.
Cost for careless, deliberate damage or loss of items or fixtures will be charged to tenants' account via invoice

Seaside Semaphore Bed & Breakfast is a registered business name.
This large seaside bungalow is no longer offering breakfast. There are many cafes and restaurants available beginning with a 20 metre walk
Full cooking facilities are available at the property
